We recently decided to replace three old Eljer toilets in my house. The first plumbing contractor I contacted didn’t even bother to respond to my messages despite getting high ratings and reviews on Homestars. I subsequently contacted Draincom. What a difference in customer service between the two companies. The lady who took my call at Draincom was very helpful. I was able to book a next-day appointment at 9:00 a.m. for technician Valentyn B. to come to my house to cost out the work and, if I agreed on the price, to do the work straight away.
Val called me just before 9 a.m. on the day of the appointment to let me know that he was delayed in traffic. He also gave me an estimated time of arrival, which was nice of him to do so. His work was neat, efficient and professional. The old toilets were carefully removed and three new TOTO toilets installed in good time to my complete satisfaction.
I would use him again for my future plumbing needs. Thank you Val.
