Bathroom and Kitchen renovation.
Robert and Eugine updated and restored our old house including, gutting bathroom and kitchen as well as refinishing several walls. Robert is creative and had great design suggestions. He also worked within our budget. He and Eugine worked hard and completed the job on time. Overall the main areas look good but feel some work not completed to a standard I'm completely happy with.

I appreciate the positive comments and your feelings reqarding our workmanship. Throughout our preliminary meetings we discussed the various attributes of your home and what was most needed to turn it into a comfortable and livable space at least for the 1st phase. Being a large old 3 storey house. it required an immense amount of work throughout. I know it was important for you to get as much work done as possible for your budget. But with the gutting of your kitchen and bathroom, the electrical work including all the refinishing done to the interior walls and the refinishing of the floors in the entrance and the new tile entrance. the reconstruction of the mainfloor fireplace, the shifting of the door way for the appliances and the installation the washer and dryer. Unfortunately we could only do so much with your walls and ceilings with the budget that you had. I would also like to thankyou for a wonderful reference letter that you supplied me with at the completion of the work to your home. and I hope as you said that we will work together again in the future.
