Speers Flooring was not the least expensive but they were the best overall home reno experience for us. Peter (the owner) was very professional and transparent with his cost and his installer Joe was super! The product (a real hardwood, not engineered) has thus far looks and feels wonderful. The price was fair and the we are more than pleased to refer anyone to Speers Flooring.
