My overall experience with Speers Flooring was very good. They are very knowledgable, friendly and attentive. Their suggestions were great and we did implement many of them. My only disappointment was the amount of broken tiles. It may just be the breakage is acceptable or they cracked during shipment by me in which case, it's all good.

Regarding the breakage of tiles that you experienced , breakage is certainly possible and sometimes uncontrollable during shipment. Our policy is to ask the client to set aside broken tiles and use them up for cutting if possible. If unused broken tiles remain, we will glady replace the broken tiles at no charge.
