An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We wanted to replace the existing tile in the foyer, hallway, powder room and laundry room and also replace the cushion flooring in the kitchen with the same porcelain tile, in other words from front door to back door. Greg Adams and his team lead by Robert completed the work and it looks consistent with the transition tile between the hardwood floors in the living room, family room and dining room. Also, Greg gave us some tips with regards to the nosing at the top of the basement stairs which were finished with the same hardwood as the adjoining rooms. The installation team arrived on time everyday and were very professional. The service we received from both their sales and installation staff was very good. We would recommend Speers Flooring to anyone living in the area.
