We were starting the process of downsizing my parents home of 64 years. The professional, friendly and dedicated service of this team made this task seamless. The team was on time, reviewed the tasks at hand and price and were friendly and respectful of my parents things. Even asking permission to break apart an old table that we were throwing out - my mom was so grateful. Thank you so much .

We had to removed some damaged furniture items post - condo flood and found 1- 800 - Got - Junk staff very professional and courteous to deal with. Matt, Chelsea and JJ came on time and really helped us out. The thank you card and Starbucks gift card was a nice touch! We would recommend them to anyone and would call them again if needed.

Melissa & Adam removed a steel desk, chairs and loom. They were very quick, very professional and pleasant. A pleasure to do business with. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to our friends.

Loved the fakt that guys came in on time. They did an estimate and only after asked me if I'd like to proceed with this disposal. Everything was done quick and easy, I didn't have to touch anything. I am very glad that this company not only does the disposal it also recycles when possible. I hope, I won't need to use the service again, however I WILL recommend them to a friend!! Well done.

I called 1-800-got-junk, not sure what to expect from them, but desperate for someone to assist me with my furniture removal - and they were amazing!! If furniture removal can ever be considered "stress free" the two movers who came to my home made it that way for me!! I booked them with little notice (they were very accommodating) and was able to choose a time that was perfect for me (again very accommodating). They arrived on time, were cheerful, careful, efficient, knew what they were doing and proceeded to complete the job with ease (I live in a high rise building so they also had to contend with the elevators and limited parking).

Would I use them again - absolutely!! Would I recommend them to friends and clients - absolutely and without any hesitation!

I applaud companies who appreciate the value in "great customer service" and who strive to be better and do better for their clients and 1-800-got-junk is definitely one of those companies!

I inherited some kitchen cabinets from a friend and had them installed in my garage. The cabinets provided great storage options but were great hiding places for mice. I visited the 1-800-GOT-JUNK website for a quick estimate and to make an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised that I got an appointment on the same day that I inquired on. Within 2 hours, the crew showed up. They took an assessment and confirmed the price with me. There were no surprises on price. In 15 minutes, they had removed the cabinets, loaded them onto their trucks and swept my floors. They made sure all the mice feces were cleaned up along with the dust. I was very pleased with doing business with 1-800-GOT-JUNK. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate using their service again.

I bought a condo that had to be completely gutted within a 2 day period. The first day they arrived with great efficiency and made me feel that I could get the job done even though I was somewhat overwhelmed. They were quick and respectful of the condo building and were in and out in a flash with really awful appliances and made it look so easy. . I booked again for the following day to remove awful carpet and piles of garbage and once again they were in and out in a flash without causing any concerns from the condo building. I could not have got it done without them and would definitely recommend to anyone in future

Amazing service, they arrived on time and the 2 person crew was very courteous and worked very hard cleaning out my basement & yard. May have cost more than others but the helpful attitude of crew and office staff are worth it. Plus they tell you up front what it is going to cost.
