They were on time, well actually early - as they were the last time I used this service. Once again, I was very impressed by the fast, courteous service of the 1-800-Got-Junk? team :) They were in and out of my home within a 30 minute window! There was no way I could have done that on my own. By taking a look at the items I was donating - I was quoted a price for how much room they would take in the truck and I thought it was a fair price - Saved me time running around trying to drop off my items at various donation places - and not to mention saving me all those trips up and down 4 flights of stairs to my car - I am so happy there is a service like this available :) Thank you so much :)

Everyone was so nice and helpful - right from the phone call to the guys picking up. All about service; and going the extra distance to help me with some heavy lifting. SO appreciate! The website is great - easy and up to date. Went to look into booking an appointmnet and all the days and times are there! Payment and pricing was all very clear and easy. This is the second time I have used them. I had them come out and remove a fridge and stove from my place. Down a narrow stairwell and around a tight corner. The guys were great. They measured and calculated the corner and we decided that the inside door should come off. They had it off in a jiffy and before I knew it everything was out. I have just finished renovations so everything is new paint and they never made a scratch. Professional as always. I will continue to recommend them to all my friends and co workers.

I was very grateful for the fact that, although I booked online just before noon, Donnie and Rob came @ 4:15 the same day. Rob called within my 2-4 pm window to let me know that they would be a few minutes late, which I appreciated. They were very pleasant, cheerful, and clean (!), introducing themselves by name with a handshake. They loaded my garbage quickly, including an old cast-iron bathtub that I hadn't mentioned in my original request. It proved a challenge; but, they managed to walk it up the ramp and into the truck. When I told the guys that I would have more stuff for pick-up, Rob gave me a coupon for $30. off on my next appointment. It sure felt good to have all that junk gone!

Easy to work with and willing to wait to get the job done right. We needed the truck to come back a second time and despite a busy schedule they did just that. They were willing to wait while we sorted some things out and made it easy by taking our electronics for recycling as well. Would definitely recommend them for junk removal.

They were fast, thorough and positive. They were early and didn't complain about the wasps that were circling their heads. It was a hot day and I was the last customer but it didn't show.

They put in a great amount of effort to remove whatever item(s) you may have to be hauled away. No matter how daunting the task may be, they try extremely hard to remove it from your home.

Good experience all around. Easy to book, change phone number, they communicated well in what time they would be there and what the cost would be once they arrived. The individuals were prompt, friendly and quick working. Thanks!!

Your team responded very well. I called at 2:30pm and they were here at 5:00pm. They handled everything, I didn't need to lift a finger in fact, they discouraged me from assisting. They were able to dismantle and break up a large concrete table and other miscellaneous stuff. Very courteous, and professional, and great at the clean-up. I was impressed. But importantly, they had a great work ethic and plenty of personality. Well done!
