I am extremely happy with the junk removal service provided by Aidan (aka Soup), Javier, (and their truck Hilary). They kept me well informed of their arrival time, and were able to deal with some heavy and difficult items. Given their great customer service, I would definitely use this company again.

Came and picked up Mattress very efficiently and effectively! Easy to get a hold of and was able to coordinate a good suitable time for both parties! Highly recommended for service!

Needed some items picked up at our place of work. The two employees who showed up were excellent. Efficient and on time with my pickup of items.

The team from 1-800-got-junk were great! They were on time, very professional, and helped clear out my basement! Jesus and Martin did a great job - they were on time, were clear on the costs to remove my junk, and were very efficient!

Ryan and his partner “Mexican Jesus” were awesome! They called and were on time then worked hard to remove our junk while being professional and personable the entire time! It took less than an hour and was the easiest junk removal I have ever done! Especially since I didn’t have to lift anything but my finger to say that goes and that goes and that goes! I booked the appointment online for a time slot between 9 and 11am. They phoned at 830am the day of to let me know they would be arriving at 9. They got here at 9 and were very friendly and professional and moved the big chest freezer out of our basement no problem. Would definitely use them again.

The operators called before arrival, arrived as scheduled in good time to allow delivery of new furniture. Ethan & Jordan were great with carrying the items to the vehicle. The cost seemed a little on the premium side but last minute scheduling and convenience is the justification that gave me some comfort.

However, the service is a bit costly.
