Metro Pavers

Metro Pavers came recommended directly from Unilock -- we relied on Unilock's expertise. We talked to the two people that Unilock recommended and Matthew was the more straightforward and easy to deal with upfront. We completed the project in November/December 2014 and, despite the variable weather, it was still completed in good time. The crew was extremely competent and professional: they always put in a good day's work; they were meticulous especially with respect to the preparatory groundwork and the stonework and achieving the overall design. They paid special attention to cutting and fitting the stones properly and carefully. Matthew showed up regularly to check on the work and check in with us and communication was excellent and ongoing. The final product looked far nicer than we expected -- and we were pleasantly surprised.

Matthew and the Metro Pavers team re-did our front steps and porch, and created walkways along the driveway and side of the house. They had a very challenging task given what existed. The team was very professional and efficient and the cost was exactly as discussed. The result is fantastic and the design and materials are perfect. Dealing with Matthew was a pleasure and I highly recommend him/them.

Had my driveway done - was having an issue with water entering the garage (which did not happen prior to repaving). Once service was paid for it took multiple phone calls and a bad review to get Matthew to come and try to deal with the problem. Recently Matthew has been back multiple times to try and rectify the problem at no charge - just like he said he would in response to the original review.

Yes, it has been over a decade since Metro Pavers laid our asphalt driveway. However, every time I see a Metro Paver's sign, it reminds me of the friendliness and professionalism demonstrated for our project by the owner, Matthew, And the driveway has held up incredibly well over that time period. We got three quotes; Matthew's was in the middle; we made the right choice. We will re-contact him in the future for a new quote; BUT - not yet; we don't have to thanks to his quality!

they came and paved my driveway. it use to be rocks only but now they put tar down and flattened it. Now my driveway is smooth clean easy to shovel. I love my driveway

Met with Matthew and he was quite helpful in helping us decide what we wanted and was able to show us quite a few pictures of different projects they had done, which made our choice easier. Matthew required a $1000 deposit in May and advised that the work would be done in July, unfortunately, due to the rainy summer we had, the workers started in mid August. As he was about to start, he advised that the cost of the material had increased by $250 but that he would pick up half of the cost increase. At that point, I just wanted the work completed, so I agreed. The work was completed very quickly (two days) and looked great. One of the four steps looked a little different then the first three and we asked if it could be replaced. Matthew was a little reluctant to replace it because of the work involved, however, after he realized that this was the only proposed solution that we would accept, he replaced it at no charge. We also had them complete a small stone walkway in front of the steps. This was completed very quickly and looks great.
