Move within Mississauga

I booked their services weeks in advance. However on the day of the move, Kate called at the scheduled time of the move to say that they will be hours late and there was no apology. I received another call from the driver 2 hours later that he just got my order.
The 2 mover guys were wonderful and I would work with them again if they were employed at a professional moving company. They are the only reason why I'm not rating this company zero. Nothing else about the move was great. After loading the truck, it wouldn't start and luckily I had jumper cables that were used to start the truck. We also had to drive around for diesel which all prolonged the day. It caused a lot of stress and ruined the day. This company does not maintain its trucks or appointments. I will never use this company or recommended its services.

Piano Moving

Wanted money before delivery.During delivery of Piano they were asking more money than written agreed price.
Also during unloading of Piano they tied wheeled dolly to wooden Piano carrier and forget to untie before they slide this to house and hence was banging on my front door step and eventually broke center draft blocker piece for double door entry. Also dented my front door.
They left said sorry and said to contact company about damage.Contacted them sent pictures but they are not responding.
Never do business again and not recommend others too.

Moving a piano

The guys picked up the piano---no problem
They showed up with the piano----and wanted to be paid before unloading----no problem
They called to say that there were more stairs than they anticipated----another $100---to be paid immediately!----bad business.
I had to ask for a receipt to be emailed because they didn't have one made up or the appropriate paperwork------very amateurish!
Then they couldn't get it up the stairs with just 2 guys----not too smart!
Then----they left the piano on the porch----thank goodness it didn't rain!!------bad business---period.
Then they came back the next day mumbling about a tip!-----bad manners and bad business!
Then they disassembled the piano to make it easier for themselves-----and left it disassembled------recommending a tuner who would do it-----at an extra cost off course!-------that's just crooked business!

So----now I have a dissembled piano on the second floor of a house for $440!

Never again!

Customer booked piano move and doesn't provide correct information regarding number of the stairs. When movers arrived they found there was not 10 but 26 stairs, that's why he was charged additional for the service that we provide.Customer received receipt by email after he paid all amount for the piano move.Customer asked our movers to leave the piano dissembled on the 2nd floor.

I used Trans Moving Company when I was moving the apartment size piano and some furniture from my parents' place to a new place that I recently bought. I was worried a bit about the stairs because the piano was on the 2nd floor but thankfully all went well. The movers showed up on time and took no breaks so it was pretty fast. Getting the piano to the new house was much easier because we barely have the place furnished and we were planning to put the piano on the main floor anyways so there was no more stairs drama. I am so happy that I have a part of my parents' house in my new house where my husband and I are planning to have our own family. Thanks to Trans Moving company's team professionalism and great customer service the most stressful part of moving went very smoothly. I will totally recommend your company to my friends and family!

Arrived on time in a well maintained truck. The employees very clean and looked very professional. All three employees were extremely concerned that they met our needs. They were really careful and worked very efficiently. No damage at all. Extremely impressed. Very friendly and outgoing people. TRANS MOVING COMPANY was a true statement - literally and figuratively!!!
