The product was ordered immediately by the company (usually you have to wait 6-8 weeks, and they made sure it was here as soon as possible), and was delivered in less than 2 weeks. They called immediately upon receiving it, and booked a time for installation. The workers were kind, diligent, on-time. One of the installers had 22 years of experience. It was the lowest price-for-value we could find! So so happy we found this company! Cannot say enough good things!
