I cant believe that you spend 1000 plus dollars and get a stove that cant be fixed. I had this company come to fix my oven as it is running very noisy. They send a guy that walked out before telling me anything. I go outside after him to ask what is wrong and he said it was the contact plate. The next day I find out he did not order anything but told his boss it is fixed and that it was fine. How does that make scence? I called them out on it and they were going to send the same person again. Talk about a company that dose NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE they are it. My oven has been noisy before the warranty came due so as long as it is not fixed it should still be covered. they have closed it on me . NOT HAPPY AT ALL. In fact I talked to the manager and he said no to replacing it .it has been so called fixed 3 times in about a month. He was also very condescending to me on the phone . AGAIN NOT HAPPY. In fact I am going to speak to a lawyer to see if I can do something about this. This company has to be SHUT DOWN, as long as they are treating the paying people this way. PLEASE DO YOURSELF AND EVERYONE A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YO LIKE TO GET SCREWED .

Washer stopped working after 4 months. Very frustrated and dissatisfied that it was close to a month from first phone call to serviceman visit. However when Cory C. arrived he was nothing short of professional and clearly knew his stuff. He is the main reason behind the 6 out of 10 rating.

Do not use this company. Drier was shredding my clothes. Started service request in July. Have wasted 4 days off work waiting for repairmen. Changed part on 2nd visit, now machine squeals. Finally showed up yesterday(1 1\2 hours late) with wrong part. I suggested since 2 repairmen were there they take it apart and have a look to see if something is sitting wrong. They would not do this. Were at my home less than 5 minutes. Alot more to this story, much aggravation!! When they left I headed straight to Home Depot to complain. We will see??? Do not let your Extended Service plan send Transglobal...worst service ever!!

This company should shut down its doors. Their customer service as well as the competence of its employees is left to be desired. Refrigerator broke down 3 weeks ago and still waiting for parts, technician, proper diagnosis of problematic issue etc. Had I known this would happen would have called someone else but once you start with one company you expect service and don't want to start all over again with someone else. Great fun with no refrigerator in 30C. temperature. Shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Less than one year main bearing went. Waited a month for part, service man replaced it and left. Started to fault on first load. He came back and a sensor on the motor was faulting. Wait again for part. (it was probably damaged replacing bearing). Now it keeps faulting out, needs a new control board! Waited another month and guess what, the wrong board! The BRICK told us when we purchased the warranty that on the 3rd call the machine would be replaced. Guess what; TGW knows nothing about that policy. Call them up and they don't know when the next board will come. How about a courier? They don't do that. I guess it will cost too much. Hang on to your hat TGW. I will call for every hiccup this machine has. I will laugh when the sales suggest i get an extended warranty with this outfit again.

Worst service company I have ever dealt with!
I have been having problems with my fridge for the last 2 months,
Technician is rude, made me wait for him and never showed up, calling their office was no help, theses people have never heard of courtesy or customer service,
I don't understand how they are still in business,
Shame on you Transglobal !

Almost a month later and machine works worse now then the original issue. Called for a reset problem and now the washer, leaks, the door doesn't close and found screws on floor after repair guy left. He cracked a piece of plastic from over tightening screws and left old parts on my floor . Many calls in and no one has returned to fix the issues. Worst company ever, will make sure I check to see if they are covering a extended warranty on a product I buy next time.

I have absolutely NO idea how this company is still in business! they book appts - don't tell you when the appt is and then just don't show up. Their team leader is as useless as the customer reps - shame on you!!

Now waiting for the third visit from TransGlobal in Edmonton - Fridgidaire freezer has been leaking water every few days. Still not fixed. Repairman is friendly enough - just doesn't know what to do. consistently tell you that they will call you to book a specific time to do the service call and then consistently miss the time (4 hour windows usually - wasting DAY's trying to get this fixed. I've now escalated to Electrolux (which owns Fridgidaire brand) and asked for a new freezer - but wait - they have to send the repairman prior to determining replacement or further action - last time he was here he looked at the freezer and admitted he didn't know what to do and would call the manufacturer - and to call them in a couple of days to find out what they heard. I called and the repair had been closed as RESOLVED!!! I'm guessing they get paid based on there ability to close repair tickets! Really not good - but Electrolux has a service contract with them - pray you never have to use it!

This is the worst company for repairs, one older repair guy was really nice that's about the only nice thing I have to say about them. My microwave broke down in Dec took them a few weeks to come out and look at it. After being at my house 3 times they finally took my microwave to repair, they had it for 4 weeks. Every time I called they were waiting on the part. At one point they made me an apt and never showed up. Taking days off work like that is not cool especially in these terrible economic times. After that took them 2 weeks to bring back my microwave. Worst service ever! This review doesn't even go into half the bs I went thru with this company!
