Like most people in here, my experience with Transglobal has been horrible! We bought a brand new washer dryer which the washer stopped raining the water after 4 months. I called Sears for the warranty and they referred us to this company. The technician was not a professional. He used my baby’s hanged towel to clean the floor and hanged it back on the towel rack without letting me know. Also he went on his own to our laundry hamper and got another towel to remove the water. This is under the condition that I have given him plenty of paper towels and garbage bags!
I called and complained about this and they told me that a manager with the name Bonnie will call me. It is 8 days and no call yet! I called two days later to see if the part was ordered for the repair as the machine was still not repaired. They told me the service order is closed! After I explained to them that we are waiting for apart they apologized and send an order for the item. They still told me that the manger will call because of all the delays this closing has caused us! She hasn’t called of course. The technician called me this morning and said (with poor English) that he has now ordered the item and it will take 2-3 weeks for them to receive it! Once they have the part they will call for to schedule a service!
This the last time I will buy anything from Sears as this kind of warranty is unacceptable! Transgolabl service should not be in business!
