We are very pleased with the inspection performed by Welcome Home Inspection Services. John responded quickly to our request and provided a very detailed Inspection Report. He spent the time to explain the report to us in detail and answered all of our questions. We would definitely recommend Welcome Home Inspection Services.

John did a great job inspecting a home we were buying. He was thorough and did a great job explaining what he was looking at and highlighting must address issues vs. issues which should be addressed longer term. In addition to being professional, he was also personable. I really appreciated that immediately after the inspection he gave a 1-page summary of his findings so we would have them prior to receiving his full report later that day.

In regards to major problems and damages, this was the worst inspection I have encountered. Lost tens of thousands of dollars due to missed, obvious, problems that were identified afterwards. I would never use this company again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

The company travelled approximately two hours away in order to perform an inspection on what I consider my "forever" home. They were very thorough, and spent several hours going through the house from top to bottom, answering all questions that were posed. He was very congenial, professional & accommodating. I highly recommend this company to anyone & everyone!

The housing market in Guelph is insane, I refused to purchase a house without an inspection. John was incredible, available on short notice, extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions. I can't say enough about him. Would definitely use him again, and will recommend him to others.
