An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I wanted to renovate my basement to rent it out in order to make a little extra income. I called a few contractors to come in and quote the work. Out of 4 contractors, only 2 knew the necessary steps to be taken for a legal basement. 310 Reno stood out from the 2 so I hired them. Sean and Graeme were very organized and had the job set up like clockwork. The only snags were waiting on the city to approve the stages of the basement. The job went very smooth and the end result looks amazing. Job well done guys, thank you very much.
