An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My renovation project was quite extensive and involved the complete overhaul of our 4 bedroom income property. This included a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a living room and basement. Your project was abandoned by one of those dirty contractors who give all contractors a bad name. If there is one thing I can't stand, it's a dishonest and selfish individual who calls them-self a contractor. Your place was in a horrible condition when we arrived and Sean and myself felt very bad for you. We wanted to ensure that we could rectify your situation the best way possible. So we did do a lot of research to ensure we could fix you up the right way.
