The quality of the door inserts, the installation finish is superb. The installer even proactively fixed a couple of long-standing issues with my doors (as the dead-bolt wasn't aligned with the hole in the door frame -- the installer corrected this alignment). They did a very good job, cut open our door and changed to a full size insert for both doors and transoms in around an hour, very efficient and quick. In fact, this is the 2nd time we use them, they install our door insert for our previous home and we love it.
