Booked Duct Cleaning service for $250. Ishan (owner) and an associate came to do the job in time.

Inadequate suction power:- - - - After Hooked up the system, there was no suction power up in the bedroom vent even after sealing rest of the vents. To show suction power, Ishan placed a single ply paper napkin on an open duct, it did not even move forget about being sucked into the duct. Then he kept insisting that a powerful vacuum is not needed to clean the ducts and it is air blown into and agitation that clean the ducts. Even when they were blowing air into the ducts in the (unfinished) basement, the dust cloud was falling out of the duct joints into the basement and that's when their vacuum hose was right next to it. Imagine what might have happened to the dust from all the up stair ducts (settled into drywall pockets). Even my treadmill in the basement was completely covered in dust/debris, as if sitting in a construction zone after their service.

They did not clean the mess after the service:- - - Ishan drilled several small holes and four big hookup holes into the duct work in the basement. He left the metal shavings (of drilling) all over the basement floor and even left the four big cut-outs (warped sharp metal) on the furnace. After I insisted not to leave any sharp metal or shavings on the floor, he borrowed vacuum from me and partially cleaned the area, still leaving plenty of these tiny metal shavings all over that we still find every now and then.

They were hammering the duct work in the basement so hard that they dented several places.

As promised in the deal “Air Balancing for proper air flow throughout the House”, was not done as he did not even start my furnace blower at the end to see if air is going all over the house or talked about it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I Bought a living social deal to have these guys clean our ducts. They were difficult to book with. They ignored my email to arrange an appointment and when we eventually got a hold of them by phone we had to wait weeks for an appointment. When they arrived for the appointment they informed us they couldn't clean the ducts because we hadn't reserved two parking spaces in front of the house. They never informed us that this was a requirement. As a new home owner, never having had ducts cleaned, I didn't know to expect this. They claim it was in the "agreement" we received, but we never received anything from them beyond verbal confirmation of an appointment. There was a laneway and a lawn the could have parked on, but they didn't do either. They just left. What really angers me, however, is that they left without rescheduling an appointment. When we tried to call to reschedule they can't be reached and don't return messaged. To top it all off, they cashed in the living social voucher! It's been marked by DuctCare Inc as used, despite the fact that they have provided zero services to us and made no plans to provide the services in the future. I'm out $50 and an afternoon off work to meet them and still have to track down a reputable company to actually clean my ducts.

Bought a coupon on Groupon. The staff was on time, professional and knowledgeable. I do have to mention that if you do get a groupon coupon it only covers a certain amount. Anything extra will be added to the cost. I thought it was worth it though. I don't think the duct cleaning was even done in the home I just moved into. I could hear all the debris coming out through the suction. Glad that crap isn't there anymore!! Great job!

Very complete cleaning. Was very friendly and informative as to what they were doing. He found additional hidden vents that I didn't even know existed in my basement and diagnosed the cause of the lack of air flow in 2 rooms of my house and corrected it.

I bought the coupon from Groupon. The guys are on time, professional and spent time to explain all of the procedures to me. Duct Care is a great choice; I would recommend them to others.

I got a Wagjag deal that cost me $50 for 10 vents, which is explicitly clear (unlike a previous poster who posted that he didn't find out till they arrived) and they ended up doing 27 vents, so all in all I expected the price I paid in the end. Just to get that out of the way, these guys are top notch. Spent time explaining the inner workings of the furnace, exactly what needs to be cleaned and why, and absolutely no pressure to perform the additional services which I declined. These guys were professional, quick, and delivered as promised. In fact when I made the appointment, they were clear about what they were offering and unlike most duct cleaning companies, there were truly no hidden costs. If you need your ducts cleaned, these guys are a fantastic choice!

Excellent and efficient service was provided for a home in much need of a duct cleaning. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. A wide variety of cleaning options were available and explained in a clear and concise way.

Duct Care Inc did everything that was expected and more! Very friendly and went out of their way to fix a previous maintenance worker's errors. So glad we called DCI. Will definitely call them again when needed.
