Damian is everything you could want in a contractor - terrific work, impressively skilled, affordable, trustworthy, easygoing, friendly, and committed to deadlines. We felt so happy and lucky to have found him! We can't say enough about how strongly we would recommend him and his work. We needed a load-bearing interior wall removed, a support beam installed, electrical rerouted, plastering, moulding that matched the original, 100-year-old strips, and a replacement piece of flooring installed and levelled, all with very short notice and a very tight time frame. Thankfully, and rather impressively, Damian got it all done in time. Our home looks wonderful!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I Bought a living social deal to have these guys clean our ducts. They were difficult to book with. They ignored my email to arrange an appointment and when we eventually got a hold of them by phone we had to wait weeks for an appointment. When they arrived for the appointment they informed us they couldn't clean the ducts because we hadn't reserved two parking spaces in front of the house. They never informed us that this was a requirement. As a new home owner, never having had ducts cleaned, I didn't know to expect this. They claim it was in the "agreement" we received, but we never received anything from them beyond verbal confirmation of an appointment. There was a laneway and a lawn the could have parked on, but they didn't do either. They just left. What really angers me, however, is that they left without rescheduling an appointment. When we tried to call to reschedule they can't be reached and don't return messaged. To top it all off, they cashed in the living social voucher! It's been marked by DuctCare Inc as used, despite the fact that they have provided zero services to us and made no plans to provide the services in the future. I'm out $50 and an afternoon off work to meet them and still have to track down a reputable company to actually clean my ducts.
