Because Michael from Ambia gave me the best impression, he was very patient in answering every single one of my questions. Because of my work schedule, we have always communicated via emails, he always responded in a timely manner. He did manage my expectation about how long the entire installation will take, and he gave me enough advanced notice so that i can make myself available at home to wait for the measurement, and the installation to be completed.
the installers were very professional, and was detail oriented. I ordered 3 giant windows and 1 entry door, they all fit perfectly! All were installed within a day, and they cleaned up after the work was done. It was definitely a great experience! I have already recommended Ambia to my neighbors, and friends, and i would recommend them to anyone who wants a worry-free windows&doors installation experience.
