I recently had a warranty claim on one of my window. While cleaning, a part had snapped off my double hung window and needed to be replaced. The windows were three years old and still under a five year warranty. I was worried I needed the whole window replaced but when I contacted the owner - Tony at Ambiance he was so helpful in the drill down to the real problem and assured me that only a replacement part was required and repair would be simple requiring only a screwdriver. A week later, I was pleasantly surprised when Tony personally dropped the part off instead of mailing it. That is great service - even after three years of installation! I replaced the window with the new part in half an hour! Thank you Tony, I would definitely be a repeat customer and recommend you and your company to family and friends in the future!
