I contacted Michael last year for a quote to replace my kitchen window and sliding patio door. He was quick to get back to me with the quote, however, we discovered a leak above the patio door so I let Michael know I would be in touch when we resolved the leak. I followed up with Michael almost 8 months later and he agreed to honour the original quote price. Before he sent the guys to measure I realized the bathroom window should be done also and he was very quick to get back to me with a quote on that also.
The guys who came to measure were great, they gave me some good suggestions regarding the window and were really good about explaining the difference between brick to brick, stud to stud, and retrofit.
The same guys who measured came to install the windows and door. They were great, they put down tarp to make sure to protect the carpeting. They didn't install the trim pieces around the kitchen window because there isn't enough space currently and they would have to cut them to fit; I told them we will be renovating the kitchen shortly and they left the pieces for us to install once we do the cabinetry.
The windows are so much warmer and look so much better. I am over the moon. I highly recommend Ambia Windows and Doors Inc.
