Last August, 2012, we chose AMBIA Windows and Doors to replace 4 windows in our house. We were very pleased with the service and product that we received. Both Tony and Michael were a pleasure to deal with; they were professional, courteous, informative, and focussed on customer satisfaction. Michael Radocchia, AMBIA Windows and Doors’ Project Consultant, was very knowledgeable about the products the company sold, as well as products of competitors. Michael also pointed out the different types of warranties that were available, and we were happy to choose AMBIA’S windows that came with a lifetime warranty, which is transferable to new owners. The installation of the windows (2 bay windows and 2 casement windows) was done in the time frame that we were promised. AMBIA’S window installers did a good job; the installation went smoothly with no delays or problems. Michael came to our house to inspect the window work during installation and upon completion of the work. For anyone looking to replace old windows with new ones, we would certainly recommend AMBIA Windows and Doors. Thanks a lot AMBIA!
