I was fortunate enough to have Alex and his crew respond very quickly for the removal of some knob and tube that was unexpectedly discovered during a minor renovation. Everything was handled promptly; response to my initial phone call, inspection of my home, providing a written estimate/quote, booking dates for the job, booking the inspector (for which Alex was present), providing the written certificate of inspection. The quote provided was the final price billed, no surprises, and was very fair/reasonable. The work was done in exactly the amount of time specified. Alex is a skilled problem solver. He is also very careful to minimize the number of holes in walls. He and his crew are genuinely nice people who demonstrated respect and care for both my home and me. They were a great resource of information too. They cleaned up extremely well at the end of each day (I’ve never seen any trades clean so thoroughly!) Alex is patient and explained everything clearly (even when it was necessary to do so more than once). After being very worried about discovering K&T in my home, it was a huge relief to have Alex make the necessary repairs.
