Worked for 3 days refused to pay for work done ,expected to use unsafe ladder and expected to work painting high ceiling from unsafe ladder over 30 feet

I saw a roadside ad for Pro Painters and thought that I would like for them to come by and give an estimate for painting the exterior of our home. We had three companies come by for estimates but as soon as we met Patrick we knew who to go with. (He was the first to arrive) How did we know? The other companies sent salesmen, and we knew right away that Patrick had experience and had put in the time. Besides, he offered the best price by far. The job that the crew did is outstanding and I would recommend Pro Painters to anyone looking to have a fantastic paint job either iterior or exterior done for their home!

Our interior painting went well. Patrick did a good job at keeping us postdated and aware of the details needed for a good paint job. The crew was very courteous and careful with our floors and furniture. We are very happy with our freshly painted house

Staff personable and nice but disappointed in the finished product as it was not crisp/ clean and professional. In the room that was both painted (walls) with baseboards the old wall color shows in multiple small areas along the baseboards while in the rest of the home baseboards didn’t look finished. There were also unfinished spots on doors which some were corrected at touch up but I found more after the fact. Their attention to detail (not mine) in that last 10% would have made the difference. They did offer to come back and after one additional visit for touch ups, it didn’t make much of a difference in terms of overall look

Stefan was very quick to respond and provided a competitive quote in a short period of time. Clay the Painter arrived on time and completed the work faster than I anticipated - very happy with the work done!

Pro Painting did an excellent job. The company responded to my request for a quote promptly and had Patrick out for as assessment within a few days of my request. Patrick was very professional and his experience and expertise was the motivating factor for awarding Pro painting the business. The other company’s I called couldn’t be bothered to respond back promptly and one company sent a quote without even meeting me in person. I really appreciated the service I received from Patrick. The price was totally reasonable even less expensive than I thought it would be. The work was done as soon as the weather permitted and was completed within the prescribed times. The house looks fantastic! It hasn’t look that good in 20 years.
