been trying since may to get a replacement part for a ryobi 16"hybrd mower,all i need is the mulch plug ,well i would be better off switching brands altogether ,while i love the tools ( ryobi )trying to get an answer from homedepot is worse than trying to find hens teeth,they dont seem to care too much about after sales treatment of their customer,and then if you write a bad review on their website ,they will say it does not meet "their" criteria its too bad ,i will no longer be shopping at home depot ,as i am lucky i have lots of other choices ,other people may not be so lucky ,be careful what you purchase from this outfit as getting parts for anything they sell does not seem to be a concern to them

We were inquiring/trying to buy a door at this store on Sat Oct, 24. We talked to associate and showed him the door we wanted to buy & told him about the size of the opening & checked with him about the door that we were gonna buy. We asked him about installation by homedepot & he set us online so that a contractor will call estimate. Also the doors were on special rate he mentioned not to wait for the estimate and purchase the door. So we ended up going to a closer-to-home branch at st. Clair and Keele & bought the door so contractor can come and give us an estimate. Contractor called yesterday & once he found out that we have bought the door he said he couldn't install it since they install what they deliver and they don't even install that type of door that we bought. (Masonite 34" RH) as he cannot warranty it. & he mentioned we should have got 36" door. Called the store 3 time and so far I was told that someone will call me back and no one has. The manager hung up on me last time I called. I called again and they just keep telling em they call me back. So unprofessional

Service was amazing. They know what we wanted and recommended the correct paint. Service was great and fast. Explained how to apply and how to set up the room before we started.

Products purchased were as promised. CIL paint with primer went on smoothly and covered with the first coat. Staff at paint counter were knowledgeable and helpful. Helpful advice was given in the purchasing of the tools for the project.

walked into your store looking for a snow blower, which i knew nothing about, the sales person spent over 30 minutes explaining the snow blower from top to bottom, they made sure that i was not over killing, and was sold exactly what was needed, thank you agin for the excellent service

Purchased various products on Home Depot credit card. Each purchase had 12-month interest free payment terms - then 26% interest for late payments. I paid bills religiously as items came due. Then one month paid bill like usual, paid interest free balance due at that time. However, next month hit with $500.00 of late fees. Bill was itemized by payments due each month, however, the order between June and July was flipped! Jul was before Jun, and I issued payment for Jul ... but Jun was missed. I Had to fight with the Home Depot Credit Dept. for 3 weeks...and not the store as it was out of their hands. They admitted wrong doing, but said they had to still be paid. We ended up settling half way. I feel robbed! I advise everyone to NEVER get a Home Depot Credit Card. If you do,be very careful!

The service at this location in the paint department is quite excellent. Very knowledgeable staff with great advice on colour selection, technique. They were extremely helpful with faux finishing techniques.

I got great service at the Woodbridge location. They answered all the questions I had and helped me get everything
I needed to do some bathroom renovations. I was able to do most of the renovations by myself. Great service and good quality products at an amazing price.
