We do our best to please every customer. In this case, the issue is communication. The move for a 3 bedroom house was booked for 2pm to accommodate moving into a new residence not available until the evening, time unspecified. The customer called the day before to change the move to an hour earlier, which we unfortunately were unable to do as another move had been booked for the morning. During the afternoon of the move the customer informed The Blues Movers she had to be out of the first house by 6pm. This was an unrealistic expectation as we would not have booked a move for a 3 bedroom house within a 4 hour period-loading takes twice the time of unloading. Moving is stressful and communication is the key to a successful move. It is unfortunate the customer choose to deal with her concerns in a public forum.
