Our chest freezer stopped working and we decided to purchase a new stand up model. After looking at several retailers I found the model I wanted at Leons.
I had to seek out a salesperson to get service.
I pointed out the model I wanted and explained that I needed the freezer immediately. The price posted on the freezer included delivery and I said I would like to pick the freezer up so could they deduct the cost of delivery from the price. This is apparently "not possible". I purchased the freezer from Leons however if I had been able to wait I would have purchased elsewhere.
The salesperson's attitude was poor and customer service doesn't seem to be a priority.
