The technician replaced the broken part, worked great for 3 weeks and then broke. Called them back, said they would get back to me about sending a tech to replace the part, and have heard nothing since. Its been over a week, and no further contact. I have emailed them daily, with no reply, they wont answer their phone, and I am having to buy a new fridge. I have spent $675.00 for nothing, money that could have paid for half of a new fridge. Do not trust them!!!
