Oliva Carpet & Rug Cleaning

We have used Oliva for a number of years and are always very happy with them. The customer service is excellent, as are their courtesy, promptness and cleaning. This time was a little confusing though, as we were booked for the 1:30 pm time slot and this was also on the work order we were sent. However, closer to our cleaning date when the confirmation email came, our time was listed as 3:30. This is a big difference for a customer's schedule. I am still not sure what happened.
