King York Paving

King York paved my driveway and poured the curbs and sidewalk. I also had them resurface the front porch. The following year the front porch started to chip off, I phoned Fabio to let him know and see what he could do. Fabio was very pleasant, claimed it was an inferior product. Said he would send a crew out to repair it. Repair was done looks beautiful, the man working on porch was was courteous and did a great job. All in all was extremely happy with the job done. Thanks great job men.

We had our driveway redone along with our neighbor. King York did a great job! Flawless execution, friendly service and fair price. No wonder we see signs for this company all over town! This is not a job that one needs to have done often, but we will certainly call King York again, if we need to and will recommend them unconditionally.

We had just finished a DIY landscape project which included a very expensive natural stone perimeter to our driveway. Alex and the King York Paving crew prepped and paved without disturbing or staining the stone perimeter. The process was very tidy and timely. I'm extremely happy having used King York Paving for the third time. I will NEVER use another contractor.

I'm very satisfied, very nice job, done how they promise to do it. Manager very nice to talk to, always ready to help. They cleaned up, explained how to treat the driveway and manager told me if you have any problem just call us and we come to take care of it. I'll recommend them to my friends.

We hired King York to redo the roadway and parking areas in our townhouse complex. They arrived on Tuesday morning and by the time I got home from work around 4:30 the old roadway was completely removed and they were in the process of removing the curbstones that needed replacing. They were back on Wednesday to prepare for the new curbstones to be installed. They even made sure that the garbage trucks were able to access the street for our regular pick up day. On Thursday the new curbstones were installed. They were back early on Friday to start leveling the road. The rain started around noon and continued on for the rest of the day. But they were back on Saturday to complete the leveling and to install the base coat of asphalt. By mid afternoon we were able to access our street for the balance of the weekend. By the time I returned home from work on Monday the paving job was complete and by the end of the day Tuesday we were driving on the street again. The entire job was completed, start to finish,in 1 week. Luciano was on site whenever I needed to ask him a question and he was able to supply me with the answers that I was looking for. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the job. I will recommend King York to anyone that needs similar work done.

The demo was nasty and we had to live with it. Days later not much done and let's remember no parking for the owners of the units.for a week (there is street parking for 20 cars max - Over 70 cars in the complex??- I actually came home late yesterday from work and drove over into my driveway and any issue with my car I will deduct..
Seems we may be anther week or to in?
Lot's of damage that will I doubt King will take care. poorly managed and coordinated jjob. My lasting memory of an Manager for this company will be at 7:15am Sept 14th = the manager that was suppose to be available all week to answer questions - put his head in my car, swore, yelled went red in the face and spit was coming out - one comment from him "get your F self to work" Parting Mangers comment was "I am King of this place"
King York have been here for a week - the worst coordinated and managed job I have seen.
Check before you dig is that not a given? Lets just rip and not worry about the phone, cable lines seem to be a given.
I would not recommend this company

We had decided to get the driveway paved, and Fabio was going door to door in our neighborhood. He is a very friendly and courteous man, and the price was very reasonable. Our old driveway was removed the same day. I was amazed at how precisely they were able to remove the old asphalt without even even the slightest disruption to the brick borders. I had several questions and comments for Fabio after this. Fabio answered all my emails promptly, usually within minutes. The driveway was paved within the exact timeline that we were given. The job was done perfectly, without any damage to our walks or borders. Fabio was there to oversee the job. The quality of the pavement is more than adequate, especially at that price. I would definitely recommend this company to friends & family.

King York recently paved my driveway and, although their price was slightly higher than other quotes I received, the quality of their work and the easiness of the entire process, from the moment I received the quote until the job was completed, definitely makes up for the difference! I could not be more satisfied and surely wish all trades and contractors offered the same peace of mind and professionalism as King York and their reps.

I recently got my driveway paved by King York. They charge a lower price than other companies but the quality is lower in both asphalt and labour. The asphalt is recycled and therefore has many large rocks in the mix and needed to be refinished (+$300). Driveway pools water, is uneven, and after a few weeks started to crack.

BOTTOM LINE: King York is less expensive that other companies BUT uses low quality recycled asphalt and somewhat careless labourers. Therefore your driveway will need to get it repaved sooner than with other higher priced companies. You get what you pay for.
