This company is who you should call with any kind of plumbing issue. I needed a new hot water tank, I called in June and the company I was with could not install one. I needed a different size. They said they would order one. It was now the end of sept. No tank and mine started leaking. Called the company oh yes we need to order you a tank. Ok well this one is leaking. Their response was throw towels around it. I will skip the rest of the nonsense. I left that company and after some research I called vaillancourt. Right from the start everyone I dealt with was polite and listened to my issue. They always got back to me. They had no problem finding me a water tank and installing it in good time. Trevor was the man that installed it. He was fast efficient very friendly and good at his job. He cleaned up after himself. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Vaillancourt is the company to deal with you most definitely will not be disappointed. And the price was about half of what I was expecting it to be. I will recommend these guys to anyone needing a plumber. Absolutely a great company that actually values their customers. Thank you so much vaillancourt.

Two technicians arrived on door step for a very simple job. Charged over 200.00 for labour. I have tried to call office for explanation, but no response so far.
I feel the labour costs a little in excess for what was done.
Three small items were replaced costing less than 70.00
job completed in less than half an hour.
looked at leaking tap in ensuite, told noting wrong with it.
Less than five minutes.

reached out to us and offered a very satisfactory explanation. I am happy to report we have resolved any issues, and moving forward have decided to replace the troublesome toilet! Toilet selected, installation date confirmed! and we look forward to many more years with toilet free problems.

We just had the new toilet installed, and we are very happy with the installation process, the technician was on time, professional, and courteous. No disruption to our morning routine, and the old toilet was taken away for us.
We were very impressed with service given by Vallancourt Plumbing. Brian followed up the same evening with a phone call to ask if we were satisfied, this is what I call good customer service, and customers relations. If we need to have a plumbing job done again, we won't hesitate to call Vallancourt Plumbing, we know a good job will be done.

Would highly recommend E/ Vaillancourt Plumbing & Heating! The team is very kind and professional from the moment you call for a quote to the point the job is job. Brian was able to come take a look at the work I needed done and not only was I provided with a very fair quote, he was able to help me improve the setup of my waterlines for better flow without increasing costs. I needed a leaking sink drain fixed and a new shower faucet installed after my service was scheduled, and the technicians were able to add the service at a fair price. They were hard working and ensured everything was protected when working and all the mess was cleaned up once complete. Will definitely be going with E. Vaillancourt Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

The guys, were very efficient in getting the old tank out and the new one installed. No damage to my home, stairs, walls, doors. There was no heavy lifting for me! They took away everything , with minimal cleaning for me. thanks.

Excellent service! The tech Trevor changed our garage faucet. Communication from office was great. He arrived on time and fixed the issue in less than an hour. After a bit of communication glitch, everything went great. The office went out of their way to assist, and have a plumber here promptly. There were a couple of follow up phone calls which were very much appreciated. The issue was repaired and completed within an hour. Offered great advice and let me know everything they were doing. Recently I was in need of a plumber for serveral jobs I needed completed. I placed my requirements on HomeStars and waited for plumbers to provide estimates. I was contacted by 4 different companies in total. One of the companies was known for immensely overcharging for their services. Two of the other companies were more interested in providing a quote over the phone or via email rather than sending a human being out to access the work required on site. The other company, which by the way was the one I went with, actually sent a couple of great guys, Trevor & Chris, to access my needs and provide a realistic estimate based on site information. Not only did they provide a timely estimate, they were actually able to start the job right then !
I could not be more happy with the work done as both guys were polite, professional, did great work and cleaned up after themselves.
On top of all of this, Brian, the General Manager, called me the next day to confirm I was happy with the work done and if I had any questions or concerns.
I must say I have been very impressed by Vaillancourt Plumbing and they will be my go to company for all my future plumbing needs.

We called Vaillancourt Plumbing for a challenging faucet repair we were unable to do ourselves. The staff we dealt with were polite and accommodating and their service tradesperson Stan represented the company well. He did a great job, is an experienced, capable plumber, was prompt, efficient and followed Covid protocols. We were very happy with the work he did and we will use Vaillancourt again for any future work.
