Vaillancourt Plumbing & Drains

Our water service line from the city broke and left us without water. Vaillancourt plumbing took care of it for us. My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Everyone from the secretary to the guys doing the work were super helpful and pleasant to deal with! I will be recommending Vaillancourt Plumbing to everyone I know if they’re ever looking for a company to take care of their plumbing needs!

My kitchen pull down faucet hose sprung several leaks, and after my boyfriend tried to repair it by applying a sealant, it became very rigid and affected the taste of the water. Yikes! We needed fast help, and I thought the whole faucet would have to be replaced. Shane was able to come out the very next day and was able to replace the hose and with a much better one. This faucet never worked so well!!! I highly recommend E. Vaillancourt Plumbing! From the congenial person who took my call to the end result of a fine job done, this experience was absolutely stellar! I will definitely call on this company for my next plumbing dilemma. We saved up several plumbing projects during Covid and had Trevor and apprentice Chris from Vaillancourt Plumbing install a kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet, shower kit, laundry tub and repair a leak to an outdoor tap. They arrived promptly, masked, and spent a little over 3 hours working through our list. They were efficient, friendly, and tidy; they cleaned up and took all the garbage with them. Great guys. They really instilled confidence and we are really pleased that we finally addressed all of our plumbing issues. Everything looks great and works perfectly.

Shower had a slow leak, lever replaced without removing tile. Found piece required, orginal guy who did it 14 years ago remembered our house and previous owners from 14 years ago.

The plumbers who came to do our bathroom repair were professional and did an excellent job.

Fast and quick service/response. This is what you need when there’s a water leak. The plumber they sent -Trevor was very good, knowleadgeable and very helpful with the situation.

Few days ago I had Dave from Vaillancourt come out and install a new dishwasher. I am Very pleased with the work that was done. Dave was very professional and amazing person to have a conversation with. He paid attention to detail and was very punctual, clean during his job and organized. He replaced the dishwasher and fixed a minor plumbing issue that I had in the ceiling with the pipe. Dave also helped me take out my old dishwasher out of the house. I highly recommend if anyone need any plumbing done to call Vaillancourt first and last. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely be calling them for the reno of my master bathroom. I have used Vaillancourt Plumbing three or four times in the past number of years. Each time I have been extremely pleased with the work that has been done.
