I had a badly clogged toilet downstairs which overflowed and I called Vaillancourt plumbing. They can the same day! Dave and Alex were sent over. They were very thorough and polite, and very nice guys. They pinpointed the problem with the camera, and told me the problem, and showed me on the monitor. I was very happy to have it cleared. We were unable to turn off our water to the outside tap because the shutoff was broken. Trevor assessed the situation, came up with a solution, and fixed it extremely efficiently. He left no mess and was extremely professional and friendly. Will definitely be calling E. Vaillancourt again!

On a Friday night, we had a kitchen sink clog that wouldn't clear. While working on it, we discovered a leak in connection between one sink and the pipe underneath causing quite a leak.

We called E. Vaillancourt Plumbing & Heating Ltd after seeing great reviews online and asked for a weekend appointment. We received a call right back, and by noon they were working on replacing the leaking pieces and clearing the nasty clog in no time.

Everything was cleaned up spotlessly and Dave explained everything to us. The price was reasonable, and we would call again without a second thought if we ever need plumbing help again! They saved our weekend.

Words cannot express how happy I was with Vaillantcourts services. We had our kitchen renovated a few years ago and put in a double (deep) sink and it never drained properly, it also dripped from short fittings. We had someone else come and try to fix the problem about a year ago. What a nightmare! Not only did he do a terrible job he complained the whole time about the job and still didn’t solve the problem. I had to use my own old towel to clean up the mess. So glad I called Vaillancourt. They had all the supplies on hand including drop sheets and rags for the job. They were so polite and never complained once, assuring me that they were not going to leave until the job was done right. True to their word and 3 hours later with all new parts and fittings I finally have the sink of my dreams. They even tightened the faucet because it was loose. I was even able to use my dishwasher again now that the sink drains properly. No buckets to catch dripping water and they left our house with no mess for me to clean up. Best of all the final costs was $300.00 less than the plumber from Hell. Thank you so much Vaillancout Plumbing I will definitely call you for any other plumbing jobs that may arise.

Shut off valve for water outside was dripping. The plumber came in and told me I did not need a new valve, just a cartridge, changed it very quickly. Cleaned up and left. Very professional and did not charge me for something I didn't need.

After shutting off the water to the outside hose, my valve was leaking. The plumber came and he told me it was just a cartridge so I wasn't paying for anything that wasn't necessary. He was fast, efficient, and left the place spotless when he was done.

During my most recent service call, a neighbour did come to the door. I asked her to stick her head in to see the work accomplished by the wonderful plumber who was replacing my kitchen sink, and had repaired my toilet. "I remember you -- you are the plumber who came to our house to replace the water heater!" she enthused. It turned out "my" plumber was from the same team who my neighbours had raved about a few months earlier. It takes a very special tradesperson, and company, to be the subject of social conversation between friends.
As for the cost? The bill is always fair, reasonable, and as explained, with no surprises. I heartily endorse Vaillancourt Plumbing and urge anyone to call them with your plumbing wants and needs.

I purchased a vanity that needed re-plumbed to fit the space and I also needed an outside hose tap replaced. The Vaillancourt specialists were amazing they were friendly, on time, very knowledgeable and offered great advise. This is one of the few companies that I have dealt with that from booking the appointment to completion of the job and follow-up check in to ensure I was satisfied with the service was truly a fantastic experience.
