Kodiak Snow blowing Inc

I could not be more pleased with the service that I have received with Kodiak. I have been a customer with them, for I believe, about 13 yrs. I sincerely thank them and would highly recommend them.

This was our first year with Kodiak - and I would recommend them to anyone. Not only were they on the ball every time it snowed, they always came back in a timely manner if a car had been parked in the driveway. Even more impressive, was if I saw they were home and ran out to move my car from the driveway, the guy ALWAYS went to another driveway, and then came right back to do mine while I waited in my car. I was very, very impressed with them!

4th year and every year they are doing amazing jobs. Great drivers and very caring people. Awesome customer service. I hope they keep the good work they are doing. They are usually the first snow removal company who shows up in our area.

This was the first year we had Kodiak do snow clearing for us. I used to do our own but gave our snowblower to our son and am away now and again so didn't want my wife stuck with the shovelling. These guys/gals are awesome! They aren't just there for a one clean - they keep coming back. We live on a busy bus route and the plows come by very frequently filling up the end of the driveway. We had new interlock installed and were worried about marks or banging the planters - no worries for these pros. They are worth the price to have the driveway cleaned properly.
I WILL be having them clean our driveway again next winter! Brian.

A rather decent service. Drivers have often gone above and beyond the call of duty, once disembarking to assist a car that was stuck in the driveway during a snowstorm.

However sometimes there's much to be desired. Due to construction, the shape of the driveway changed between last year and this year and markers on the driveway reflected this change. The operator seemed to have ignored the markers and ended up plowing the grass! Will be waiting to see the grass repairs at the end of the season.

Also for some reason for a while, operators would remove snow deep enough on other driveways on the street but would not actually remove enough on our driveway. This problem became a bigger issue because our driveway faces north and due to the placement of the surrounding houses is completely sheltered from all sun at all times of the day during winter and is last to melt and first to freeze with temperature changes, turning the driveway into a skating rink. Unfortunately I have had to manually shovel the driveway myself as Kodiak did not go deep enough.

Sending a complaint online through the ticketing service appears to have worked. It is obvious that they do monitor and this. I have on occasion received a callback from them pertaining to further information required for complaints, of which there were only two - mentioned above.

I intend to continue to use Kodiak next year even though there was a noticeable downgrade in quality from last year. That appears to have been a one off.

This is the first year I've hired Kodiak. I have been so impressed with their service. They seem to bend over backwards to ensure good customer service. Love the recorded message which shares when I can expect the drive to be cleared and if there's ever been a problem - they are more than happy to go above and beyond what other contractors will do. Definitely using them again next winter. Thanks ever so much for all that you do !!!!

I worked 50 hours in the last 4 days and my driveway is a mess. I called Kodiak snow removal this evening and they said they would be out after the next snowfall. I asked if they could come this evening and within less than an hour my driveway was clear! Thank you Kodiak you're the greatest!

This is our first year using a snow removal company. The service has been outstanding. They keep up with the storm for the duration and don't wait until the end to come. They have gone above and beyond our expectations!

We have been customers for 3 years. Kodiak is a RELIABLE COMPANY with good customer service. Their drivers are friendly. I wish there was a larger loyalty discount for customers who renew their contracts.

2 winters ago I stood at the end of my driveway (plowed by Capital early in the day) chipping away at the ridge of ice encrusted snow that the city plow had left. The Kodiak driver saw me making absolutely no headway as he did his route and in a most gentlemanly fashion drove down and gestured for me to let him take care. I did, and last year I signed up with Kodiak! :)
