I've been a loyal customer of Kodiak, since they've arrived in Ottawa. Year after year, they've always provided very prompt service after each snowfall, and always followed up on any special request I may have had. They're very personable to deal with. The drivers are always willing to stop by and say hello and ensure they're providing great service. Any issues or follow-up with the office is handled with a positive outcome.
