Sambor was the only roof company (from 4) that i contacted that actually made an appointment to meet with me, instead of just leaving a quote in my mailbox. The person walked my roof and inspected it beforehand and also fixed a bad area immediately for me (free of charge). They did a fantastic job and cleaned up well. All this and they were the lowest quote by $1000s from the other 3 competitors. This was 7 years ago. Today I had a small leak over my garage due to strong storms. They called me back, the next day, came by and fixed the issue immediately, even offering to replace a piece of drywall inside my garage. Now THAT IS SERVICE!
