Have a 15 year old door that after at least 30,000 cycles broke a cable. They wanted $250.00 including parts and labour to repair the broken cable after 5 PM. Their video on the website is laughable and they try to instill fear where they show a overhead door crashing down on a vehicle. They had to disconnect the springs to stage that as doors do not just free fall when open. If this was happening can you imagine the human cost in deaths and injuries and the cost to the car insurance industry with all the damaged vehicles. These guys are a joke, stay away unless you like to be ripped off by a couple of clowns.
