Three Little Pigs Masonry

This is the second time we have used TLP. The first was for a chimney repair in 2017 for which we were very satisfied.
the work this time was to remove and replace our front steps. Dave (the owner), reviewed the work and advised that for our work it would be best to replace the steps entirely rather than resurface. Given his experience, we accepted the recommendation.
During the course of the work we met several of the employees and our experience with them is as follows (there were a couple of others who also helped and we also acknowledge their good work, but unfortunately do not remember their names):
Daniel - he made sure the demolition and subsequent pouring were done correctly. He never rushed and made sure every detail was taken care of before moving through each step of the work. He paid attention to detail of the overall work, including making sure the final back filling and grading were acceptable.
Sam- looked after the building the forms for the cement pouring. Thanks to his experience, he recommended a layout we had not considered and which turned out to be considerably better than what we had originally envisioned. We went with his design and were very happy with the result. The day after the cement was poured, Sam came by to check that his framing had been satisfactory and that there had not been any issues with the pour. That is a sign of someone who really takes pride in their work!
Steve - did the cement finishing. He took his time to make sure the finish on the deck and steps was done properly and not rushed. Even though the pour was later in the afternoon, he did not rush to finish up and took them to complete the finish properly. The results speak for themselves as the final appearance shows the effort.
There are few exceptional contractors and this is one of them. All of the workers were skilled and competent and the pricing was reasonable for the work delivered.
We have used them twice now and both times they have delivered exceptional results.
