$50 well spent. I had David provide an estimate on replacing our front step which another company recommended as part of the waterproofing work they are doing.
David's advice was not to replace the step but rather to pick up some sealant from a local hardware store. Talk about looking out for customers it would have been easy for him to tell me the work needed to be done! I just wish I had called David earlier to do the waterproofing work.
