Thank you to David for helping me out of a terrible situation.
No one ever knows everything previous owners have done to their
house. This is what happened to me when Dave uncovered many issues from previous home renovations. It was a little scary at first but Dave reassured me and I gave him the go-ahead. He was right on and I am now two months with not a drop of water coming into my house. His passion and his knowledge helped me in this situation. Good luck to him and he deserves a10 star!
