Although it was done in the winter months, with their tarps and heaters. they finished the job right on schedule. But thy had an error covering the air way of the cold room with stone. Also while making holes in the ground and putting metalwork for the new step caused damage in water proofing of the basement. The following winter the ceiling of the cold room got wet. That was the time which i called them to fix the issue (seven months ago). David (the owner) came and checked saying that to fix the issue he will get the porch coated by water proofing paint and the air canal to opened again. He never came back. After five months of giving me promises of doing the job he asked me to rate the company a total rating of 10 in Home star website saying that he would fix the issue the next day. I did it two months ago. Still they did not show up. The smell of mold is getting stronger every minute. I had many items stored in that room which I have to throw away. I need to mention that I have a 10 years warranty of that project!
