If you plan to hire this company be certain to get the estimate in writing. I made the mistake of thinking I could trust the verbal quote. Wrong.
When the window cleaner arrived a couple of weeks later he said he had been instructed to do one set of windows, inside and out -- about one-third of the job the estimator and I had agreed upon previously. Yet, the quoted price remained the same.
