We have arranged for kitchen refacing in a few months and will post further comment then; but full marks in terms of the initial interactions with this company.
Their approach of going to the showroom first is good because it allows you to gauge the company itself and look at the range of options available. We have visited both showrooms, in Vaughan and Oakville and in both cases the experience was excellent. The staff (Jenell and Sheri respectively) are delightful, able to adapt to you as a customer(s) and have some really good insights in terms of possible options. The showroom has a good expanse of styles and colours available, and it's good to see these later on site as the lighting is different.
The owner Frank visits himself to talk about options and measure for a quote, and this is gold. He has a wealth of experience, good insights and comments directly on things without remotely pressuring your own decisions as the customer. He's a real value-add to the whole experience of trying to find the optimum route to the best outcome.
Looking good so far and highly recommended. The best possible experience in support and information from this company, and a comfortable plan for the work to be done.
If you have an absolutely fixed plan that aims toward a less than wonderful result, this may not be your best option as it might break Frank's heart (although he's likely too polite to say so). If though, you want a well-developed and solid plan for the best result in the space you are working with, and value insightful input (without pressure) as you adapt your plan, we really recommend this company. Also, all of the staff do well in working with customers where the two partners do not have exactly the same view of what works best, or the same level of enthusiasm for a kitchen refit. So (husband is writing this) highly recommended for e.g. husbands who wish to survive the experience.
