We hired Niels Luettge, the owner of Open Concept to design and rebuild our post-war Alta Vista bungalow. He has excellent design sense, buildings us a gorgeous house at a very reasonable cost, on time and on budget. The guy is completely trustworthy, lots of integrity, stands behind his work and is totally fair and professional. No better contractor in Ottawa.
