Homestead Maid Service

I have been using Homestead for the past 6 years and have greatly enjoyed their service and attention to detail. The house is cleaned to my specifications and its one less thing I have to worry about. I feel like I have my own personal cleaning lady rather than that I am dealing with a company. If for some reason she cannot make it I always receive a call to advise or reschedule. Once when there was a misunderstanding on dates for an additional request on the evening I was entertaining, the company not only sent one person but 2 to get the job done before my guests arrived -- that is what I call great service!

When I was searching for a cleaning service I chose Homestead Maid because their website was informative and made clear what services they provide and what the cost would be. I also like the fact that just one cleaner comes to your home. The company was prompt in responding to my inquiries and found someone for my preferred time slot who could start the same week. Since hiring a cleaner on a weekly basis, I have not been disappointed. Unlike other cleaning services that I have used in the past, Homestead is reliable and consistent. We have used Homestead Maids for more than 10 years and have always been happy with their service. Their employees are always on time and we have never had an instance of “no show” unless there was an illness involved. Even then they will send someone out if you want. They are a little more expensive than if you hired someone privately but it buys us piece of mind to know that the ladies that visit are properly insured and bonded.

I work a lot and being a family man I am always busy so I never have time to clean and when I do have extra time, its the last thing I wanted to do. So I decided to treat myself and hire a cleaning service and am so glad that I did! The staff has done my last few cleanings and everything has been spotless after they are done. I haven't been home for the cleanings since this happen when I'm at work but I come home to a clean and organized apartment.
