There were surprises along the way (e.g., missing chunks of foundation as a result of previous retrofits) and things beyond the actual foundation (unpatched holes in the bottom exterior walls). Action Restoration went above and beyond to resolve my issues and it is amazing how warm the upstairs floor is now!

Action Restoration responded to what was a urgent request for a foundation repair. We primarily dealt with Patrick, the owner, who was a pleasure to deal with. They communicated fair prices upfront, they went above and beyond with the work they did throughout and it showed, everything was completed to the highest quality with the utmost craftmanship. I cannot recommend them enough.

Patrick installed concrete exterior window sills on my 70+ year old house, which was a small job but he made time for it between his normal big projects. This is the second small job he's made time for, the first being a crack in my foundation a few years ago. Patrick does really good work and puts alot of thought into what he's doing so that there are no mistakes and the work is long lasting (which is really important with concrete). He has also gone above and beyond the job and did little things around the house that only he noticed since he's the expert, which I had no clue about and was really nice. I'm really lucky to have found Patrick. He's really good at explaining what needs to be done (and doesn't need to be done), which made signing a contract with him a formality and working with him a pleasure.

When we discovered foundation problems with the 110 year old house which had been covered up by a previous owner, we contacted Action Restoration. Once the floor was dug out, Patrick advised that we use a structural engineer to examine my garage foundation issues. Working cooperatively with the engineer, Action Restoration did a great job in making sure the job was done right. Patrick and crew, were contracted to remove and reconstruct our significantly deteriorated, decades old concrete garage floor and our new floor looks fantastic! At the start of the process, Patrick promptly scheduled a site visit to assess the situation. Patrick provided a clear explanation for the scope of work required, a rationale for the reconstruction design and the materials to be used, and gave an expected timeline for job completion. After demolition, more extensive damage was discovered and Patrick notified us right away. He showed us the problem, explained the concern, and provided a solution to correct the issue. The crew worked late that same day to complete the additional repairs which kept the project on schedule for the cement truck arriving the next day. We were thankful for the ongoing communication, attention to detail and care given to our home throughout the process.
