Captain Electric

Captain Electric installed poor quality fixtures that have since broken. Anytime that I have had to call them to help us repair or re-set the timer, its another $300.00.
This company is all about the almighty buck rather than the customer and the after service.
Companies that specialize in outdoor lighting do not treat customers this way. I DO NOT recommend Captain Electric to install any type of outdoor lighting or fixtures as they charge a lot for less than par fixtures.

I was very happy with Ryan and his associate for the install of my new light fixtures. Ryan also recommended the surge protection and I agreed to get that installed after Ryan's thorough explanation of the benefits. I will definitely call Captain Electric again for any electrical work needed in the future.

Hi there, I just like to comment on our experience with Captain Electric. The whole process was totally SEAMLESS! Starting with the great lady at the reception, and later on with the superb crew! I'm actually amazed, that even in these days there are people this professional, pleasant, friendly and efficient at the same time. Would recommend your outfit to my best friends! Great Service. Nice install. Friendly personal. Installed three new hard wired talking smoke and carbon monoxide alarm units. Previously old units in home were over 10 years old. These new units are good for another 10 years. Captain Electric is the place to call.

I own a property out East and I needed someone to take care of an electrical outlet that would short circuit when it was plugged in. I called Captain Electric based on a recommendation from a friend.

The whole entire process was very straight forward and I didn't need to take time off to deal with it. I prepaid for the service call and they came in the following morning to fix the issue. They called me afterwards to give me an update on the issue.

Overall, I was very satisfied.

Excellent service from initial contact with the office to end of service. Dan was courteous, knowledgable, and thorough. He estimated everything I asked for, made concrete suggestions and moved ahead to get the work completed. The team of electricians for the project were fantastic. Efficient and professional work. I was consulted along the way for key decisions so I have exactly what I envisioned. Would highly recommend Captain Electric.

Kevin did a great job changing my light fixtures to LED. Kevin has also done some major work at my house such as rewiring. So happy this company takes great care in big jobs and in little jobs.

Great company and excellent work by Tim and his colleague. They are a super professional and pleasant company to deal with. Excellent communication, pricing and work. I would 100% call them again to work on any project.

I will be calling Captain Electric on my next electrical project. They come to site with supplies that got the job done right. I even added a couple lights on the outside of the shed that I did not plan on doing and Tim had no problem adding this to the job. My shed now has everything I need. I am very happy with the results.

Tim arrived as promised and evaluated several options for the installation. He settled on the most efficient and gave me a quote which i accepted ( a lot higher than I expected) Main difference with others is the issuance of a permit ($139 + tax) and inspection which guarantees job was done properly if inspected. Job was complete in 2.5 hrs and perfect clean-up.
Tim was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Would recommend to others. I guess you get what you pay for.
