We built a new house with Bromberg back in 2014/15. It was a great experience. Clear communication and clear delineation of who was doing what and how much it would cost. What I love about how Bromberg works is that they choose a cabinet maker, flooring supplier, countertop supplier, stone and brick supplier etc. and then you as the homeowner can go into that store and choose whatever you want (and obviously pay the difference from your "allowance"). This is such a valuable relationship for the homeowner, and it gives homeowners the opportunity to make very custom selections that suit their needs, while getting expert advice from experts in that particular field. Working directly with the flooring store or cabinet maker also gives you that long-term relationship, so long after the build is done, you have a contact to follow up with if you have any issues. I had both a flooring repair and a cabinet repair done 4-5 years later and it was smooth sailing because of that relationship. The house is better quality than most "bulk" builders in new subdivisions and we haven't had any issues with it. I was very happy with being able to customize my floor plan as well.
