We purchased my father-in-law’s house last year and inherited Limcan as the maintenance service provider. What a bonus! Jake came out and serviced our badly wounded AC unit. He pointed out that, while it would probably make it through that season, he didn’t think it would last much past that.
Unfortunately, he was spot-on. It died before it even had a chance to prove itself this year. Jake took the time to explain the problems (why limit yourself to one issue?) and our options going forward. He didn’t push any particular solution and was very frank about what he would recommend for us both financially and from an operational perspective.
In the end, we ended up going for a complete new system. Although we knew that’s was in the cards, we hadn’t planned on it this soon. Jake was also able to arrange that the system would be installed there next day.
Blake and Chris were there installers. We had them out for another job and did an excellent job at that times Once again they didn’t disappoint. They were as professional and courteous as they were they first time. The install was spotless, the worksite was left neat and clean, and, everything worked as advertised.
Excellent work by all and I would definitely recommend Limcan for any heating or cooling projects.
